Delivery of Physical Products All orders from Qalam House include physical books and stationery items that are carefully packed and dispatched to your doorstep across India. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and handed over to our delivery partner within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Times

  • Delivery times are estimated between 5 to 7 working days depending on your location. We are NOT responsible for delays caused by the carrier or factors beyond our control such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package and are displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on select orders as per active promotions.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, torn, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and initiate a resolution as per our Refund Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping address details at the time of placing the order. Qalam House is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
